Services will be held 1:00 P.M. August 15th at Weerts Funeral Home, Davenport, Iowa. Memorials may be made to the Arthritis Foundation. Mr. Rogan was born September 3, 1918 in Bifrost, MB, Canada to Nicholas and Catherine (Jarmachowski) Rogan. He married Rita J. Michard October 3, 1944 in Chicago, Illinois. He served with the Royal Canadian Army during Second World War. Survivors include his wife, sons, grandchildren and sisters, Marie and Olive of Canada.
